Financial Reporting

All businesses are required to maintain proper books and records of all financial transactions and prepare year-end financial statements. For companies, in particular, the directors are obliged to ensure that these are prepared in accordance with the statutory format.

In addition to year-end financial reporting, each company is required to submit a Corporation Tax Return (CT1) to Revenue and an Annual Return (B1) and Abridged Financial Statements to the Companies Registration Office. In each case, there are statutory filing deadlines which must be adhered to.

Partnerships and Sole traders also have compliance obligations to Revenue.

Our team of qualified accountants prepare financial statements, corporation tax, and annual returns for our clients. They are efficient and proactive and are focused on ensuring that you fulfil your regulatory obligations. Our team are also focused on ensuring that our reports provide you with insight into the financial performance of your business.
